Introducing Smart Payment File Uploads on Finofo.

This update simplifies the entire workflow. You can now upload any CSV or exported payment file directly into Finofo, map the fields, and send multiple payments without doing everything manually. You can upload the payment file in any format and there is no need to clean or adjust the structure.

Once the file is uploaded, Finofo detects the columns automatically. You can map the data to fields like beneficiary name, account number, amount, currency, and payment reason.

After mapping, you will see a clear list of payments pulled from the file. You can review each item, choose which payments to include, and create a batch. Before proceeding, you will also see a summary that includes the total amount, number of beneficiaries, the currencies involved, and the exact exchange rates you will get for each international payment.

The batch can then be sent for approval through your existing internal approval workflows. There is no need to configure anything new. Finofo uses the policies and routing rules you have already set up.

What happens after the payments are approved? 

Once approved, the payments are processed immediately. This applies to both domestic and international payouts. Whether you are sending five or five hundred payments, the process is completed from a single file upload.
