Grouping Columns
- Select the Columns: Click on the header of the first column you want to group, hold down the 'Shift' key, and then click on the header of the last column in your selection.
- Group the Columns: Go to the 'Data' menu, select 'Group', then choose 'Group columns X to Y', where X and Y are the first and last columns of your selection. This will create an outline bar at the top of the columns with a minus sign to collapse or hide the grouped columns.
Hiding Columns
- Select the Columns to Hide: Click on the header of the first column you want to hide, hold the 'Shift' key, and click on the header of the last column you wish to hide.
