The Role

This role will be our first dedicated marketing team member, setting the foundation for future team growth. It's a hands-on opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up, but you won't be doing it alone. We already have a highly skilled UX/UI designer focused on product design, and we're planning an additional design hire dedicated to creating content for our marketing and sales efforts. So far, we've successfully established our brand and content strategy, with our website attracting over 60,000 visitors each month organically.

This position offers extensive opportunities for ideation, alongside significant responsibility and freedom to execute agreed initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams, while ultimately reporting to the Co-founder & CEO. What You’ll Do:
  • Balance a broad mandate with focused outcomes in a startup environment.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead the global demand generation strategy and develop campaigns that convert leads into customers.
  • Own and refine Finofo’s corporate brand in collaboration with the other functional teams.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including a graphic designer.
  • Optimize marketing efforts through data analysis, testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Work closely with the sales team and a graphic designer to create effective sales enablement materials and collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that target high-value customers.
  • Own Finofo’s participation in key events, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing and branding strategy.
Your Skillset:
  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B startup and scaleup environments. You’ve built a marketing function or have experienced it closely and are ready to build again.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
  • Experience creating successful experimentation roadmaps and processes, especially as it regards to creative
  • Excellent storytelling skills—you have a sense for narrative, and can create succinct, impactful messaging
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, including demand generation and account-based strategies
  • Experience in agile marketing environments, focused on continuous improvement
